"I looked requested quotes from several plumbers to have our water heater replaced with a new tankless water heater. One of the companies just gave a quote for a after having me take photos of the existing water heater, and the quote was for simply a replacement, not what I wanted. Another company came out after several days and said it would be awhile before they could do it because they were so busy. This was two weeks ago. Still no quote. Jon from Delaware Plumbing Professionals was out the morning after the day we called and after looking at what we had, gave us a quote right then. We waited a bit for the other quotes, and decided to go with Delaware Plumbing Professionals. Jon and his apprentice, Nick, were here as scheduled and got the job done. The installation took quite a while, but is very nicely done. They covered the floor and were careful to not make a mess. Now I have lots of hot water. Once the installation was done, Jon showed me where all the shutoff valves and controls for the water heater were. I'm very happy with the job they did. I've used this company before for a faucet replacement on an Angie's List deal and was happy with it as well. It was one reason why I decided to go with them again. I really like that just before they arrive, you get both an email and a text message telling you they are on the way, and both include a photo of the person coming, so you know who to expect and are comfortable letting them in the door. It's just an added safety measure that adds to my satisfaction."

Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. I have seen a nice change in technicians in the last 2 years and am always pleased to have them come out and fix any issues I may have. Keep up the good work!!"

"The project was completed seamlessly and Jim and his helpers were competent, hard-working and didn't mind explaining what was going on every step of the way! His years of experience are evident, and make him a great diagnostician and problem-solver. He even went out to buy stone to line the bottom of the trench dug outside of the house to insure that the new pipe would be stabilized underneath! There were a number of things that could have been complications (like tree roots, and breaks in the pipes going to the septic tank), but it was clear to me that Jim would be able to address them, if they did surface. George completed the work on time, at the price quoted, and helped me solve some special order problems that I had along the way.
