Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! "We have a 2nd story 832 sq ft house which had 2 wall A/C Units.  We were looking to upgrade to Central A/C.  Keys A/C went through every possible option, from converting half a closet to installing central a/c below the house and venting through the floor.  When it was all said and done the easiest (and only option that didn't involve loosing limited square footage) was Ductless A/C.  

Their quote was 75% of the closest competitor, and their professionalism exceeded everyone else as well.  After signing the contract and putting a deposit of 50% down for the units, they were here within a week to install.  They were here for 9 hours one day and returned the next day for 3 hours and the job was done -very efficiently - especially for the keys I must say!

They even took out the old AC Units and patched the hole in the wall (inside and out) for an extra charge - and did a great job!

I would recommend this company for everyone looking for AC in the Keys.
