"Tim Downs, owner of Restoration 1, reviewed the scope of work and had an estimate ready for my seller the very same day. I secured two other estimates which took four and six days to respond back with estimates. The property was closing on March 20 and Tim made sure his team would and did complete on time. I highly recommend Restoration for mold removal and other services they offer as the company is responsive and very competitive relative to cost and service."

"What a great crew! They really helped us after Hurricane Ian! We had a national brand who had done some initial clean up for us but who couldn’t do the mold remediation work. When THIS team engaged, they also identified things the initial vendor didn’t do correctly or should’ve done differently, and they resolved those problems … including discovering mold BEHIND our shower because it was originally tiled over drywall vs cement board!! We wouldn’t have found that until it rotted out. They crew was knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy. We gave them our keys to come and go as they needed. We felt they treated our home with care and they did a really good job. The house is dry, mold-free, mildew-free, no smells, all the studs were treated, and we are now ready to drywall and put in flooring. Thank you to this amazing crew! The only thing I would’ve done differently is hire them in the FIRST place instead of the national brand. Stellar service!!"

"Lightning Restoration with Polik, Israel, and Tyson were excellent, hard-working workers in every way possible. Their attention to detail was spectacular. They worked as a team and did excellent work. They were very respectful to me and to my home. Another very important item I want to mention is the service after the work was exquisite. Customer service is 100%. I highly recommend this company."
