The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. They drained my hot water heaters, put the antifreeze in. He turned off the water and made sure that it was winterized. I could turn the heat off. I thought it was high until, I realized they used two cases of antifreeze, and it is expensive. They were professional, courteous, and no issues. The price was good. I have no complaints with anything they did. I had to make an appointment, because they are busy. It took a while for them to come out on time and they showed up on time. Everything was good.
