The price they quoted was so high we were going to forgoe this project and spend the money elsewhere. The 7th state builders came out and their representative Dan was knowledgeable, professional and worked with me to come up with a design we loved and met our budget which was half the price quoted by Beltway Builders. It really felt like he cared more about our satisfaction than getting as much money as he could from us."

"I have a flat stone patio surrounded by a knee high brick wall. It was installed incorrectly in 2006 - but I didnt know it. The ends of the patio were begining to buckle and too much moisture had gotten underneath the pavers. Over the years I started to notice the wall shifting, so I applied to HomeAdvisor to have it inspected for an estimate to repair. Anthony Stevens Contracting is MORE than professional. He'll show you what SHOULD have been done and explain WHY. His team is outstanding and efficient. I will hire him again for household fixes ! Provided an estimate for service - rebuild from roof flashing up, repointing masonry, repairing mortar joints by replacing anything that’s deteriorated with new mortar. replaced the chimney crown and created a drip edge, installed stainless steel chimney pipe, cleaned and inspected the chimney, spot replaced spalling bricks on the chimney, power washed and sealed/waterproofed the chimney. Cleaned up work area thoroughly and provided photographs of chimney repair work before and after. Throughout the process, Chuck kept me informed daily on the progress and any issues he had found. A positive experience."

"I wanted to replace an old concrete slab outback so I hired this company to do pavers in my backyard. What started out as a small patio project turned into a much bigger project when I saw how amazing their work is. I had a giant patio done with a sitting wall and built-in fire pit. They started first thing in the morning and worked during long hot days until the project was finished. This company is busy so I recommend getting on the books! Theyâ re busy for a reason!!! "They repointed mortar on a very tall chimney using carefully placed scaffolding to ensure safety. Also applied Chimney Saver water repellant as I had requested. In addition, they repaired my paver style driveway by adding a nice design so that old pavers could be used to correct areas with large spaces in between pavers. All work was done in a professional and timely manner."
