"Overall it was excellent. They were very careful about making sure that we selected the right combination of products for a pool meant for a good lifestyle. They took into consideration that we had small children. We had a pool forty years ago and had steps that were narrow. So they put in a trim tile so that the steps could be identified easily. They were able to start my job in about a week after we made our decision of the renovation. The owner was actually a woman. They completed the renovation within four days. Mark returned my call on Sunday he just happened to be in the neighborhood and said that he could come over today and take a look at the problem to see if he could unseize the motor. Mark was able to unseize the motor and provided me with some helpful pool hints for future maintenamce. In addition, Mark went to three locations to find the lowest cost for the impellar. I plan to continue using B & M Pools for all of my future pool maintenance."
