Kamil, the owner's son, came out the following day, Friday, and by that evening I had a written estimate. I texted Kamil acceptance of the estimate and was scheduled for the installation the following Friday. Taylor and Chris showed up promptly at 8:30am on Friday and by 3:30pm the job was completed. Both the outside and inside units were professionally installed with great care and attention to detail. Both Taylor and Chris went out of their way to ensure my complete satisfaction, answered all my questions and did a thorough clean up before leaving the site. "They did a great job of installing an additional air supply line to a room that was getting too hot in the summer. It now feels great in the room even during hot days. They also installed two UV lights in my air handlers and explained how to maintain the new system. Overall, they did good work and I will call them again if I need anything done to my A/C systems."

"It went well. The drip line was blocked causing the overflow sensor to shut off the system. The tech freed the blockage then reran the drip line as it was off to the side. But will need to have them out again to clean the coils in the air handler...they showed us a picture of how dirty the coils are. The tech was knowledgeable and courteous.
