He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

They missed three scheduled appointments, with customer care telling me "they are on their way", "the truck didn't start", or "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" (never called).
