"I was initially overwhelmed by the state of affairs in his basement, work area and storage. This is where I literally dug through mountains of fabric to select something for my cushions. I had asked ahead of time if he had fabric I could choose from for such a small job. It was unnerving to see furniture projects stuffed everywhere as well. However, I was very happy with the work done, and since it was a small job he did it very quickly and promptly, as promised. I would use Mr Dimitrios again for small jobs but probably not for large jobs until he de-cluttered or gets into a bigger space. I will say that he DID mention that he is looking for a bigger place to rent, so that would help a lot!"

"The staff was exceptionally helpful. We chose a sofa, but wanted a lower profile and asked if the back cushions could be made 4 inches lower. They were able to do it and we're very happy with the results. All the furniture exceeds expectations. We wish they had been able to remove the old pieces, but were able to work around that. For getting exactly the furniture you want, you cannot beat Norwalk. Their on-line design program at their website is lots of fun to play with and helps greatly in narrowing down what you want before arriving at the store. This furniture replaces an old set of Norwalk furniture which I dearly loved. Delivery of the completed pieces took about 30 days."

"Dennis designed and make custom cabinets for our kitchen remodel job. It is an old house and required a lot of time and effort to get the design right. Dennis dld an outstanding job making the cabinets and I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone that needs custom cabinets. His price was excellent and I got custom cabinets for the same price as a lower grade cabinet at the big box stores. Dennis is good at listening at what kind of design you want, we actually brought in a picture of a kitchen in a magazine that we liked and he was able to replicate the picture very accurately. <br />"

"Ramos Upholstery made my wife a new and better supported seat cushion for her comfortable chair.  The foam is much firmer and a better fit for her chair and the synthetic leather upholstery allows her to slide in and out of the chair easily.  He also created new seat cushions and ottoman cushion for our sun porch's rattan furniture with attractive indoor/outdoor fabric.  They are durable and look fantastic. <br />"

"Excellent. This guy enjoys working with wood. He used cherry and birds eye maple for the alcove built-ins in our great room. For the top of the work table, he used three types of wood and patterned them after a Frank Lloyd Wright stained glass, which blended beautifully with our contemporary kitchen. He delivered quality work on time. Price was good compared to other bids I got, and Scott had the most creative ideas on how to make the most of the space we had. End result looked better than expected."

"I spent $4000 on the job. The job was fine. They did a very good job. The quality of work was good. Their customer service was fine. They took longer to complete the job, though. Also, their pricing was high. I will probably not use them again in the future unless there is a change in their pricing."
