"It was a Big Deal. It was pretty good. There was only one complaint. When they made a hole in the bathroom, over the sink, we had to make an additional purchase for a faucet to fit in. Other than that I think the job went beautifully. There was some additional fee like some sink. We replaced the sink. The job was okay and they did respond promptly. I think the granite they brought in is of good quality but I am not an expert. It was reasonable."

He mentioned and advised me on some items that would require attention on a monthly basis which I was grateful for. Upon completion, he reviewed the bill and explained any questions that I had. "Our exhaust fan/light was acting up and Mr. Jan came right out the same day and gave us a free estimate, and a convenient time that he could be back out. Mr. Jan was very polite and professional. He quoted us one price, however he was able to get the job done without extensive damage so he charged us less than what he quoted. A very well rounded gentleman. Thank you so much Mr. Jan. We really appreciate everything that you helped us out with we will definitely be giving you all the work that comes up around here. And we highly recommend you to anyone else. Great job we really appreciate what you did for us."

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

"They repaired an old lead and cast iron drain line that was UGLY to do. Roger showed up when he said he would, his crew showed up the next day and got after it!! What they did in 3-1/2 hours would have taken me a day or two doing it myself. They were fair and honest, cleaned up after themselves, and charged me less than the initial estimate. Whats not to like?? Great work, quickly done, and fairly priced."
