"We chose Mikes because we really liked the thoughtful way that their salesman and coordinator  Russ planned the layout of the system and ductwork. We were putting duct work where  none had been previously and really needed everything to be installed in the most space conscious way.  The installers  - Josh and Brian  - did a very careful job cutting though our antique flooring. We had previously used a discount installer and we were much happier with Mikes. We would certainly use them again and will plan on continuing to use them for service work if needed.

The electrician came out, looked at the job, went and got the parts, came back and installed them.  He installed 2 out door outlets and added plugs to my outdoor heat pump units so I can run them off my generator in emergencies.  He was on time, did a very professional job, even tested them for me.  He looked at an electrical problem that I needed a

future call to fix.  It turned out it was a simple fix so he fixed it while he was here.  No need for a follow up call.  Be using their service for all my follow up electrical needs.

"All Dry of the Carolinas has provided a quote to do a french drain system around the front yard and replacing a sump pump that was installed by another company with one that is not a box store pump, but a super sump. They have also provided me with a warranty and clean outs will be installed in order to flush the system once a year. I have a quote for encapsulation as well. But that work will have to wait until I have a joist replaced."
