"They called immediately after I inquired, and came out the next day which was a Sunday. He fixed the broken pipe and additionally fixed a leaky fixture while he was here. A little pricey for the work that was done but that's too be expected, especially on a Sunday."

However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
