"Experience was good. I finally selected another company for service based on price and alternative options.

"Bryan did a great job. In and out in less than two hours. Both sump pump and water heater working great!"

"The air conditioner tech was very good and I trusted what he said completely.  The furnace tech didn't inspire quite as much confidence as she wasn't able to open a part to check it out.  I would have them come back again and have signed up for next year's service.

"Great, the job was done same day I called. The only down side was Hedlund would not allow Angie’s Coupon to be used for the Service :("

"We called them on Monday morning and they worked us in to get it done the same day.  They installed the hot water heater in a timely manner, and did a great job.  Very professional and helpful!  Would definitely use again."

"The techs were very fast getting here , they were competent and very friendly. Explained my options and were not pushy. New water heater in place and working 4 hours later."

"The team did a great/wonderful job installing my new water heater!"

"I specified that it was a tankless water heater, yet not surprisingly I was referred to a plumber who didn't know anything about tankless heaters, resulting in a waste of a couple of days. The second person did know about them, and so far the repair is working (fingers crossed). I wish CHW would pay attention to the details in my claim."
