"Danny treated me like an old friend with helpful and timely service. It was refreshing. He inspected the unit, found a failed capacitor caused by an add-on Michael and Sons installed last inspection. Danny replaced the failed part, removed the add-on, and I was back in business in less than 30 minutes. I have a new HVAC provider!"

"The cost was part of a contract. The first time they gave me a window and the window went by that."

"The work itself was done very well and efficiently. For a more reasonable price than other estimates. The only quibble I have was the bed of rocks around the old water line got all mixed in with the soil when the trenches were dug. And now are at the surface of my lawn. Picking them out as the soil slowly settles and exposes them. Or where the grass seed fails to germinate. Prompt replies to questions and explanations of how the work would be completed."

"We are very happy with HVAC service. Compare to other companies they are much cheaper then others and provided quality work/services."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional and Honest Local Service"I cannot recommend Markool Heating & Cooling enough! They were prompt, incredibly professional, and truly care about getting the job done right without overcharging. As a smaller local business, you get highly personalized care and direct communication with the people actually doing the work. They are my go-to for all HVAC needs.""

"Very customer service oriented, very knowledgeable, went beyond and above compared to other plumbers he had spoken with."

"Excellent service! I had a 26yr old A/C and Propane furnace that I wanted to update to an ALL ELECTRIC high efficiency heat pump. The price in the estimate was much higher than I was expecting, but they worked with me and brought it down considerably, provided I could accept an install slot in a couple of days due to a cancellation. Go for it, I thought! Unfortunately, it turned out that the estimator/salesman (who shall remain nameless) apparently got a bit confused and set up the equipment as a hybrid propane system - not the all-electric system that I wanted. Ugh. I only realized this when the installers had the indoor unit in place, and I saw the propane burners. Doh! So, I explained the situation to them, and they pulled the unwanted unit out and jumped through the hoops to order the correct unit and its accessories (wiring, breakers etc.), with no change to the price. They were very friendly and polite through all of this even though it meant the wasted work and that they had to come back the next day with the new IDU. Anyway, the final install all went well, and they were very friendly and respectful of the property and explained all the install details as they went (sorry Melvin, for all the pestering!) I'm very happy with the company and the installer's knowledge and professionalism. RECOMMENDED!"

"William Barnes provided quick and efficient services with picture and information provided for our records. Fourth time using Sila - ac unit installed and purchased, and 3 plumbing/heating calls - all done well for good and straightforward pricing! Highly recommend."
