"Ari promised us to complete our project (which included kitchen, guest bath, master bath, laundry room and deck) in 6 weeks. They were done early and we're very pleased with the results. The crew was here almost every day, working on the project. We had a major water issue that soaked the carpet in the master bedroom and Ari was quick to assure us they would replace the flooring in the bedroom. Any issues they encountered were taken care of with no additional cost over what we were quoted up front. Cabinets and countertops are GORGEOUS! Very, very pleased with the custom pantry they had built for my kitchen! Our only negative was the language issue as most of the crew didn't speak English. But we were able to communicate well enough to accomplish what was needed. We would use Finecraft again if we do any further remodeling. Pictures attached."

"Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."

The representative that arrived at our home was Alice Grimwood (phone: 253-720 -4942). On a scale of 1 to 5 We would give her a 5Plus. First of all, she was on time for our appointment. She was considerate of our pets (two dogs) and was concerned about covid. She was wearing a mask. She was very thorough. She wanted to see what we had and then inquired what we had envisioned. She then sat down and presented us with a multitude of options for us to consider. We then put together a proposed package. She was very helpful in showing us the pros and cons of our ideas. With her knowledge of the products, she was a tremendous help in determining a product that would meet the needs that we were looking for. She was a great help. She listened and would make suggestions based on our questions. She was well spoken, and very polite. She helped us get a price that was within our budget. He provided a fair and binding quote, showed great care in demo-ing old kitchen and dining linoleum to replace with new hardwoods, beautifully restored existing old hardwoods, and applied a gorgeous natural matte finish throughout. The floors are stunning! We scheduled to have this work completed before we moved in, and found him to be extremely trustworthy and diligent to lock the home each day when he left.
