Jess Gervais, Is very professional, knowledgeable and resourceful. When working with an older home like mine, Jess was a fountain of knowledge and experience during the whole home project. Her enthusiasm and efficiency is so evident that I realized that she was dedicated to my project from start to finish before moving on to another job. Jess showed great patience in taking the time to answer any and all questions and make changes that may have come up. In addition Jess was very approachable and extremely fair in  negotiating changes that were made during the project.

Girls N Tools is not only a one woman show, Jess is the Whole show In every facet of the project.

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
