Jason and his team at J I G Plumbing are all that! We were given an initial estimate, but as the trenching started, he informed us that the repair would not be as extensive as previously thought. He re-calculated the cost, saving us considerable money. Jason and his team patiently answered all our questions and informed us of their progress. Jason also provided photos of damaged areas and the finished repair. The repair was completed professionally and efficiently, and the gas company came to inspect/turn the gas on the same day. "Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Definitely impressed Drew is an awesome human being and phenomenal plumber and drain specialist!!! We were having to go to our neighbors house to use the restroom as our sewer line was backing up for more than a week. Drew came out after hours and within hours of the inspection, he had me and my family sitting back in our own restroom in comfort. Not only did he get our sewer flowing but he did it with all new sew line installed. I will definitely be calling him for the future plumbing issues!!! "I am one that usually does not write reviews,here I go. The technician they sent Paul Muro was on time both days he was here. Paul went over each job I had walked him through and he explained what parts he would be using and how he was going to do the work. I needed 2 showers repaired, 1 with a new fixture and one rebuild work. I had a faucet in the garage that needed replacing. I also had a inch and a quarter copper pipe leak on my pool, underground. One final job was to repair the outside hose bib. Paul did most if not all of the work done. He would have a helper, but this person would be called to another job, this happen twice during the two days of work. Ok I'm done writing my review, I know that it is long, but I could go on and I still couldn't say enough on how good Paul was on my home. Thank you, the only thing that got below A 5 rating was how much money it was costing. Have a good day."
