"First class and 5 star service from their Office manager Beth to their technician Derrick Goad. Technician Derrick was Professional and very knowledgeable of my furnace that he was working on. Derrick double checked everything and update me on his progress before replacing any parts. I have had other HVAC system providers over the years who just replace parts to try and repair but ended up replacing more parts that was not needed to resolve issue. That was not the case with Derrick. Thank you Derrick and Miller Heat and Air. If I ever need any HVAC work again Miller would be first call Please let me know if you do not see this review in a couple of days and I will re-post"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I use HomeAdvisor Sunday 7/12/2020 and they recommend A1 Mechanical services and sent me an email with this company name,phone number and reviews. With in an hour Paul from A1 Mechanical services called me and we schedule service for Monday to look at my air conditioning unit. Justin from A1 Mechanical services came out on time and looked at my unit. He had me up and running within an hour of being onsite. Justin was professional and was honest about what was wrong with my unit. Justin only had to replace one part and did not try to bs me on other parts that I needed to repair unit. "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because of a scheduling issue. When they were late for the appointment I called and was told that somehow my job did not get scheduled. They were very apologetic and got a technician here within a few hours ...effectively same day service. Ben showed up, when I described the problem he already had an idea what he would find. Sure enough I just needed a new capacitor. Total job took less than an hour and cost less than $150. He even cleaned the outside unit for me. I highly recommend Key Electric Heating and Air. Professional, knowledgeable, and no rip offs."
