A previous "technician", from a company with an Orange, assured me the compressor needed to be replaced on me 4 year old condenser and would cost $2,800 even though it was under warranty. This was a big lie or a scam he was trying to pull on me as Richard figured out the only thing needed was to reprogram the thermostat. After that the unit started cooling right away. "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. "The compressor was working fine but inside air handler was not blowing air. So we called Ray French to give us an estimate and make the needed repairs as we have done for the past 20 years. Rob showed up at our residence the same day and replaced the parts needed in both the compressor and the air handler. The blower inside the air handler was removed and stabilized. Because our A/C was installed in 2000 we feared that the whole system might need replacement at a price we could not afford. No fear. Rob made the necessary repairs and replacement parts and it is running again just like new. As Rob put it, perfect is better than good. Without hesitation we would call him again.
