"the tech, Roger was really nice, very efficient and answered all my questions. I was very glad I went through with this service call. I almost didn't due to the rudeness of the woman that answered my initial call to the shop. I guess she was having a bad Monday at 9:00 a.m.! Don't let her chase you away if you call Hedlund! "CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"
