Handyman Contractors in Orting, WA

"This handyman team was outstanding! We had an emergency requirement for a bed frame and matress/boxsprings to be assembled & install for use the same day. It was not an easy assemble, but they completed it perfectly! In addition to being knowledgeable & professional, they were very friendly & personable. I will definitely use them again when I have a need!"

"HIired Serge Home Improvement, i for a partial remodel of the kids bath-new shower surround and flooring. During the time, I got the bid and he started work, the laundry room flooded and I asked if he could work on that too. Serge worked with the insurance adjustor and myself to bring the bid in at the insurance companies expectations. He had the laundry room up and running in a couple of days, with lovely new trim. This was a huge relief, as I had now washer for 2 weeks and laundry was piling up. Most of the bids I got for the bathroom work were in $15-$20K or more range. Serge's costs were reasonable and we agreed on what he'd provide and what I'd provide-tile and surround. When asked why the tub should be replaced he explained he wanted to make sure the plumbing was correct. He was right about that, the previous owner had "tiled" himself and done the plumbing. It was mess but Serge fixed it. Furthermore, he used lots of water proofing which gave me peace of mind as the kids splash like crazy. In 2 weeks, the bathroom was finished, and ready to use. I had him re-caulk my tub, and replace light fixtures in the dinning room and family room. It cost a small bit more than I budgeted, but having done remodels in the past I expected that. We are thrilled with the updated bathroom and new light fixtures. I a already discussing future projects with Serge. The best thing about Serge is his doesn't do mind doing projects on your house off and on. My previous contractor stopped taking my projects, because "projects to small and piece meal". Thankfully, Serge doesn't have that attitude."

"If you are looking for good quality roofing work, with no cutting corners, then this company is for you. I would definitely hire them again ?"

"The job was completed successfully. Mark was very knowledgeable about assembling the full bed, and he completed it within an hour! Mark demonstrated excellent customer service!"

"We couldn't be happier with our experience. This team is professional, prompt, and committed to customer service. They completed several projects in our house to improve lighting and outlet access. They were first to respond to our request, quick to visit and write up an estimate (which was more than fair), and they had us scheduled for service within days. In addition, they are knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you, Nick and Dakota!!!"

"Doug was fantastic and very professional. He not only fixed our ice machine, but he went above and beyond. He repaired a few other issues that are known to cause problems with the ice machine down the line. Super appreciated how knowledgeable he was!"

"Ned came on a Sunday at 6:30 in the evening and diagnosed the problem with our problem when three other plumbers couldn’t. He got us up and running for that night and returned later that same week to put in a final repair. He was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend Mast Plumbing."

"This team was so responsive, flexible and hard working ... took care of it all; de-mossed two roofs, cleaned gutters, pressure washing. Thorough, stuck to the quote, Appreciate the customer focus; would re-hire. Martha, Kitsap County"

"He, being Alex was able to show up at 11:30 and was able to look at it, and was also able to see if he can get it to work, and did, also finding out that it's undersized but got it running. I now have hot water, but the tank will need replacing, and a rewire, but I'm hoping I can hold off until next summer and look into financing/saving up for that job. He also noted the breaker for the heater is miss labeled as baseboard heat. The breaker labeled tank heater is for likely one of the baseboards. Anyway, it's up and running despite having a seeping leak when the cold water is turned on at the tank, and the pressure relief valve is closed, it'll seep and it got a new relief valve yesterday and will see if that solves it after it being installed for overnight."
