Get matched with top garage door installers and replacers in Ortonville, MI

"I researched Angie's List for a company to replace our garage door and found great reviews for Dover & Company Garage Doors, in Flint, MI. I followed the link to Dover's website and requested a quote. They called the next morning to set an appointment to meet at my house with samples. Tina Hering took measurements and discussed options with us. We selected the door and color we wanted, as well as the opener that provided all the functions we wanted. The size of our door was larger than their standard double (16'x8'), so was ordered with a promised fulfillment of 3 weeks. The order was placed on December 4th. It arrived earlier than promised and installation was scheduled for Dec 21st. On December 21st, Dover called to inform me that they were shorthanded on installers due to illness and asked to reschedule, if possible. The scheduler said he'd talk to his manager to see if there was a way to install that day, but penciled in a reschedule for Dec. 26th. Twenty minutes later, I received another call saying they would arrive to do the installation in 20 minutes. Jake and another man arrived and proceeded to install the door. It took abut 3-4 hours for them to remove the old door, tracks and opener, and install the new tracks, door and opener. They explained all the functions and ensured the door was operating correctly. They also swept the garage floor and wiped the door, inside and out, lubricated the springs, hinges and wheels. We are very satisfied and happy with the purchase and service from Dover & Company Garage Doors."

"Keaton was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly and was able to rapidly repair my garage door."

"While many other companies tried to give me an estimate on the phone, after my initial call, the Company sent Gary, who checked my garage door opener and told it needed replacement. I got one another company come and see the opener, and he also said it needed replacement. So I decided to go with Gary, who was very nice and answered all my questions about costs and using their coupon. The replacement went very well and fast. However, on the same day, in the evening, the new opener stopped working. I called the company and got Gary come over again next day. He found that the wiring inside the wall of our garage had failed, and then he installed new wires on the wall of the garage to make the opener working again. I am very happy with all he did for me to have a new working garage door opener. Gary was alway on time and gave me a call exactly 20 minutes before his arrival. I will use this company again when and if my another garage door opener breaks down."

"John from the US Garage Door was very polite and professional doing the right job on time. I truly recommend his service to anyone looking for better service with reasonable prices. They are always on time for the appointment too. Glad to have such a great service around metro Detroit area now!"

"We had an appointment for 8am Monday. Stephen showed up around 8:20am. He was very polite, and did his best to fix our garage door opener. Unfortunately, after about 30 minutes of trying to get it to work, it was concluded that the motor had gone bad on the unit and was overheating. Stephen told me he would happily install a new opener that we could purchase through a big box store, or he could provide us with a slightly higher quality version, and he quoted us for 3 different units. We selected the cheapest one, which was a higher quality version of what had gone bad, and he immediately called his supplier to see if he could get it right away. Thankfully, one was in stock and he was able to arrange to come back first thing Tuesday morning (8am). At approx. 8:25am on Tuesday morning, he texted to let me know he would be arriving by 9am. He came, installed the new opener, and by 10:30am everything was complete. He was very professional. He did NOT charge me for Monday's visit. The total cost of the project was $400 cash. (He gave me a discount since I could pay cash.) I have a WONDERFUL opener, and in addition to the LiftMaster warranty, EZHawk will warranty the opener. If I have any problems within the next three years, I need only call Stephen, and he will take care of it. Stephen took the old unit with him, and I put the packaging from the new unit into my trash bin after he left. It took all of 30 seconds to grab it from the corner of my garage. Thanks Stephen, for getting our garage door opening and closing again! I appreciate your time, and highly recommend you to anyone needing this service!"

"We had Corey do our Home Purchase inspection yesterday. From the second he started working he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was extremely satisfied from start to finish. I would highly suggest Corey and Weatherstone Property Inspections to friends and family."

"Their service was wonderful. They came, did the work, and cleaned up well. The door hangs fabulously. I have moved since then, but I brought the door with me. I will be using them to hang the door at my new home. I had a great experience with them and I have no complaints. My door is fabulous and I got a good value for my money."
