"I needed a hot water heater replacement Brian called back gave me a great quote. Showed up with a new better quality than expected Hot Water Heater within 1 hour. Within 2 hours the he replaced the old one educated me about the equipment the required maintenance and I had hot water! Very kind professional and knowledgeable! If you want the work done right this is the guy! Thanks again Brian!"

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."

"Highlander sent a plumber to install my laundry tub pump and he did so in a timely manner. He had no idea of how my water softener system worked even though it was purchased from Highlander Plumbing. He suggested I call the manufacturer so I did. I was hoping for one serviceman to take care of both problems and could have if they would have sent Brian, the guy that installed it. Otherwise I was happy with the plumber and the pump installation"

"I felt that the extra fee was excessive. Other Carrier installers contacted me and agreed to perform the repair for the amount Carrier reimbursed them, with no extra cost to me."

"The first time I called Service Experts to come look at my leaking hot water heater, the guy who came out couldn't find a leak in my hot water heater (the pool of water had dried up) but noticed that the gas line feeding the hot water heater wasn't connected properly. I made another appointment for the following week to have the gas line fixed. Fast forward to the day of the appointment, Service Experts was late (they missed the promised time window I was given when making the appointment) but ready to work. This time another pool of water had appeared beneath the old water heater and he was able to determine that it was dying and needed to be replaced. They ran back out and had my new water heater in under an hour.

The gas line was replaced while they swapped out the old water heater for a new one. All told it took about 4 hours to complete the work, and both guys were very professional (they cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old hot water tank)."

"'Plumber showed up when scheduled.  He was courteous and professional.  Replaced the vacuum breaker in a timely fashion.  We've been a customer of Brinker's for years.  They have a new owner but excellent service continues.
