Two guys came out, they "tried" to fix it and told me that they would have to rip out the entire wall behind the shower and replace the piping quoted $895. They also tried to sell me a Scale Blaster for $465 because he said my water was bad?. I was not ready for to spend that kind of money so I paid them the $65 for coming out and told them I would think about it.... One Week later I call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing (on new years eve) they came out right away. The plumber (Dennis) was very professional and honest. It took him 15 minutes to replace the small valve that was causing the leak and he charged me $370 for the job. I also asked him about the Scale Blaster, he said it did not work in his experience. After reading some online reviews I realized that he was right. From now on I will be calling Ben Franklin for all my plumbing needs."
