"Courtney Miller was the Service Specialist that came to our home to take care of a clogged kitchen sink. This young man was courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. After asking questions to determine exactly what we had tried prior to his arrival he determined the best course of action was not to try and use the snake directly down the sink, but into the PVC line in the basement leading outside. It took awhile before he cleared out the clog in the line, making sure nothing leaked out onto our basement floor. After having me run hot water into the sink for quite awhile to insure the line was fully cleared, he suggested how we could use basic maintenance to keep the drain running clean in the future. Courtney is a great representative for your company and I will contact him again for any future problems."

"I'd been using the same firm for almost twenty years, the owner retired, and I've been having problems finding a new plumber who could perform to that standard. I'll keep this short and simple: they responded to my call almost immediately. The owner came by and gave me an estimate for the first job, a second job, and a repipe with PEX (much bigger job than I wanted to have done right now.). Did a lot of testing but could get water to back up. Said that there does not appear to be any clogging issue. Gave me two optional estimates or quotes to either treat the drains or do a complete clean-out just in case, no pressure, said no thanks for now but we would watch and call we had evidence of clog.
