"Predatory Sales and Subpar Quality Mad City's process is predatory from start to finish. Three hours of high-pressure sales tactics in my own home, even after I repeatedly stated I needed to discuss it with my husband. After the installation the field manager acknowledging the wave and gaps in the wall, he told me that while it didn't meet my expectations, it met their "standard of error." Let that sink in: Mad City Bath?s official policy is that crooked and wavy is good enough. If you value your money, or want a shower that is actually square and plumb, stay far away from this company. They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

We are now doing kitchen and bath remodels, partial or complete.\n We try to work on your schedule such as evenings and weekends. We always provide free estimates and no job is too small.\n My wife and I are middle aged and have worked in customer service all our working careers. We are respectful of our clients and will always be there when we say we will be.
