"OUTSTANDING!! Jonathan showed on time, very polite and went right to work. Eventually his tools were not quite up to the job (the clog was deeper than his snake could reach) so he fixed the other problem (replaced the shutoff valve under a toilet) while waiting for word from the office. Eventually he came back the next day with a longer snake and cleared the drain! Charged me the quoted price, never tried to upsell or overcharge me even though it took much longer than they expected. Totally proffessional and absolutely committed to providing the service you want. I would absolutely hire these guys again!"

"Scott, Chris and his team were such a blessing coming to our rescue after months as to the unknown,repeated gallons increase on our water bill,(we held our breath each month opening the bill, yet we were not seeing any indication as to where a leak was while meter still ran at shut off,none of us could find as to where a leak was. We continued to come up short for answers after our water company indicated it was nothing on their side, leak detection, Insurance Companies and everyone else that came out.......WE JUST HAD NO ANSWERS! Again this was such a loooong drawn out headache and nightmare we faced with only the best option we had was to completely replace with a full home replumb and since we were like sitting on a time bomb for some major or multiple damaging leaks with the Polybutylene installed in our home(also we have been told with this type of Plumbing in our home when it starts having issues it seems to typically continue having other places pop up also)! So ugh here we go, we were on a slab, we didn't know who we may could trust/cost we were looking at and then knowing the importance too have great Rapport and and dialogue is so needed going into such a massive project we were totally and completely so pleased with Scott and doing business with them! Every detail was an answered prayer, we're so happy to say, now we have a plumber we can now count on and Trust! My husband and I felt so validated on our decision to move forward with these guys when there was a discovery made that absolutely needed to be corrected even on the safety aspect of it that we had no idea of from previous jobs with other plumber/companies and are so thankful to have had them bring it to our attention! "Wow! Rooter Pro Plumbing 𠪠 is absolutely unprecedented in service in quality! I am amazed at how quickly the phone was answered and how unbelievable sweet and professional the dispatch staff is!! They quickly made adjustments to their schedule to get an emergency crew out to provide relief. He is so professional that he has everything including parts in his van that I didn’t go out to purchase the pressure tank replacement. I scheduled a visit with them & Jerimey Jackson came by & did a leak detection. It was determined that I had multiple leads in my water line and he gave me all of my options & pricing. He is an expert on everything to do with plumbing & a great guy too. My water heater is 23 years old, so I decided to replace that as well. Jerimey led the work crew the next day in replacing my water line & water heater replacement. All the work was complete that day & the results are very good!
