"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Skip and his son Jonah did all the work over a period of a few weeks, due to inclement weather. I cannot speak highly enough of how good they were, I would hire back again in a heartbeat. Hard working, very friendly and professional in every way. On the back sliding glass door, Skip noticed that the screen did not close properly and there was a flaw on the hardware of the door which needs to be replaced. I believe Andrea in their office has ordered said items and we are now waiting to hear when they will be fitted."

After working to get another company to do the work for 3 months, this was a breath of fresh air. Also, there was some follow up inside work for when I was ready and I didn’t have to chase him down for that. He was very proactive in reaching out to me for a date. "We have, for decades, done our own maintenance on the house. But, now we want the exterior trim on our 1940's, 70's ,80's, 90,'s house repaired, replaced, and refurbished. So we needed base carpentry, finish work and painting. Jerry and his team provided it all. The clapboards and decking that needed repair were fitted in and once painted the patches are invisible. The painters made the house look new, windows, doors, trim, decks, siding and bulkhead are pristine.. The corbels were rebuilt and where we had an old AC removed I got a new small window to brighten the dog room. I am very picky (my husband would say that is a massive understatement). I found Jerry Boutin of Leak Seekers and his Team Professional, Precise, Patient and amazingly Pleasant. The agreed on price was met and the only big change, my window was extra. We had some new wood and they have promised to come back next summer to make sure the paint has not bubbled/peeled. We are very pleased and would hire again."
