"It went great, this is a unique service, for DIY-ers. My electric dryer wouldn’t heat, so I went on line and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. I also watched several how to videos, but none of them matched my dryer. Finally went on Angie’s list and it matched me up with Tin Lizzee which is a chat service to help you through your repair. The technician I talked with was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I did get stuck during the repair and they called me on my cell and talked me through what I needed to do. I know I saved a lot of money by not having an appliance repair person come to my house with the mark up on parts and labor rates per hour I believe I saved at least half of the cost, if not more from ordering on line and chatting and talking to the Tin Lizzee technician, it was $30 well spent."

"Overall I was happy with the service, however, Brian charged me a $49 truck charge even though it is not specified in his listing details here and he did not tell me that I was going to be charged this fee over the phone.  In addition, I had work performed the same day which was over $100 and in my opinion should have offset any truck charge.  In the future, he should put on this site that he charges a truck charge for estimates or tell the person before he comes out so they are aware of the fee.  Overall, very pleasant to work with and had all the parts on his truck to repair the issue which was nice.

"Noor was fabulous! He was funny and made us laugh. Very professional. Fixed the problem and even did some maintenace of cleaning the lint buildup and correcting a bent hose. Counseled us on correct dryer care to extend the life of the appliance. Highly recommended!!!"

"Had a washer and dryer repaired. First trip the dryer was fixed and the washer checked out. Technican said the part needed would have to be ordered which required an additional service call. All & all the jobs cost more than I anticapated but I feel the company(owner did the repairs) did a good job. The people were at my home on time, and even early."

"I also hired this company to fix my shower. During the repair they also found mold. They let me know right away and gave me time to talk it over with my husband. They ended up doing a complete tear out of the shower down to the studs, cleaned the mold professionally, and rebuilt the shower. They were very professional and reasonable. Customer service was top notch. Even after all the work was complete, Jerry was very responsive when the township lost my permit and started leaving me notes. Jerry went to the township to straighten everything out even though the job was done and paid for. I would definitely use this company again!"
