Only concern I have is the warranty between Lowe's and AO Smith Hot water heaters. Once the heater is installed, Lowe's severs ties. We had to replace our 1980s polybutylene pipes as they were finally starting to leak, and knew it would be an invasive job. When Frank was here doing his estimate, he was the only guy who really looked at the pipes, and started putting together a plan; having worked construction myself, this is exactly what I would've done. Regarding the work, they replumbed the house with minor intrusion, and even took care to cut the drywall stud-to-stud to make my patchwork a bit easier. They did everything they could to keep the water running to all the lines not being worked on, and cleaned everything up every day before they left.
