"Brad did a great job, very friendly and efficient. Everything is working great. He tested all faucets after installing the hybrid water heater in our garage. Would recommend him and would hire him again."

"Joe Cole has been amazing. They are an awesome company. We had several different things that needed to be fixed and we've had a lot of people look at it and they were the first guys that were able to fix it. It feels like they are a small company. They know what's going on. You can call and say that this guy was on my house yesterday and he says this and that and he will send another guy because that guy couldn't make it or whatever. It was very fluid. Everyone was on the same page over there. Everyone knew what everyone else is doing and they were very well connected as a team. They are great. They are definitely one of the best plumbing companies I've ever seen."

"Prompt reply and service for a broken water main. Nice, pleasant service from Vincent. Couldn't ask for more."

"I live in New York and rent a townhouse out down in the area. Having used there services before to paint this townhouse, I knew that going back to them was the only right call to make. Both times they gave me great quotes, made it really easy to schedule and plan everything, and they only teased me about how much better there weather was once or twice! The size of the bathroom plus its addition was pretty big, but they were still able to get in and out of there pretty quick, leaving a couple of perfect coats on the wall. I am going to continue using these guys for anything I need done in Florida."

"Called about leak Sunday morning. Plumber came out Monday, determined it needed replacement and notified Choice, who approved claim and permitted plumber to order new water heater. Thursday new water heater was installed. Was kept updated every day by both Choice and the plumber. Workers left my garage clean and I have hot water. Very satisfied and have recommended Choice Home Warranty on the Nextdoor app."

"These guys were great! They showed up at 8:00 a.m sharp with a team of five guys and two trucks. They were all business and had the outdoor concrete Hurricane pad set and the new Mitsubishi Heat Pump installed in no time. Meanwhile two other guys were installing the 3 indoor wall air handler units and running the line sets. By late afternoon, the system was all charged with refrigerant, everything was cleaned up and all the units worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier and I'm absolutely amazed at how quite and efficient the indoor units are. They're rated at 19 dBA which is considered whisper quite; most indoor ambient decibel level is ~40 dBA. Seriously, this company did a fantastic job at a very fair price (and I bid this out to 5 other well-rated contractors)."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"Eric Hershberger, the owner of Fl. Project Masters did a wonderful job replacing old windows with Hurricane Impact Windows. There were no delays and his crew did an outstanding job. There were some very difficult windows to replace and Eric's crew took their time to do the job right. At the end of each day the crew would pick up and leave the premises clean.?I was very impressed with the quality of windows Eric represents. The sliding glass doors and windows slide without any effort and all lock properly with no hassle. Eric made sure I was satisfied with the work before asking for final payment. His customer service and follow up was excellent. I would strongly recommend Fl Project Masters for window replacement."
