"Our heat stopped working, of course right when it's the coldest time of the year. We contacted Aire Serv, and they were fantastic to work with. They initially thought it was our thermostat, but within two weeks, the furnace as a whole quit working. They ended up replacing our furnace and crediting the cost of the thermostat. Our old furnace was past it's recommended age. It turned out to be tough to remove, as it was the original furnace. We suspect it was built before the frame surrounding it. It required cutting into the ceiling drywall, but it was obvious their staff has encountered this in the past, and they showed their experience in dealing with such a difficult situation. You can tell that this is a company devoted to striving for excellent customer service. They answered all questions/concerns we had and made special accomodations to address our issues quickly. They care about the details like wearing booties, covering carpets/furniture, making sure not to do any damage, and performing full cleanup when the work was done. Their technical staff was great to work with, including Jaz, Charlie, Julian and Jiame (sp?). Also, the office staff of Shelly and Ryan also displayed wonderful customer service. Special kudos to Charlie who took the time to answer any questions or concerns we had about the new furnace and removing the old one. We would recommend this company to others for their Cooling/Heating needs. If you are the type of person that likes to do annual maintenance checks, I would also recommend asking about their yearly plans which includes discounts for services, free checkups, and priority scheduling."

"Outstanding quality service from the very beginning. I spoke with Kylee to ask if the problem I had was something they could fix. She passed along my inquiry to Jeff (Service Manager) who called me back for details. After discussion, I was given an appointment to have the drain/unit assessed. Scott and Kyle arrived and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Scott was upfront about the best solution and suggested I call an A/C pro to perform the work. He left me photos and detailed notes to pass along to an A/c tech. When I mentioned that I had previously called an A/C service who came out (and said they couldn't fix it), Scott went beyond quality service when he offered names of a couple of A/C pros he thought would be able to handle the job. I am currently working toward a solution with one of Scott's suggested A/C pros. The staff at Pure Plumbing partnered with me to find the solution even when they couldn't perform the work. They did not charge me for the service call/consultation...how often does that happen?! Very appreciative of everything they did to help me with this frustrating problem. I am planning to renovate a bathroom and the company I'll call to perform the plumbing work is Pure Plumbing."

"Ok, so I just moved to town. Naturally my a/c goes out just after I moved in.. Smh I have no contacts in town. I was at the the local grocery store. Asked the gal behind the counter. She said don't worry just call Gunny!! She also said, he was a veteran, been in town for ever. They show up and get right too buisnes. She gave me there number right out of her phone. "Left a message with the answering service on Friday morning and Chris called back within a minute or two. I explained that one of our air conditioners was out and we needed to go out of town at 3 that afternoon. He said that he could be to the house by noon. He arrived before 11:30. Diagnosed the problem and went off to get the replacement parts. He returned with the parts and fixed the A/C unit and we made it to the airport on time. Thank you Chris!"

"I had issues with my heating/AC unit making banging noises when the heat kicked in. The unit was  over 30 years old and I feared it needed to be replaced. I contacted Ability (John) and we set up an appointment for a technician to come out. Sadly my fears were correct and the tech advised me that the banging noises were actually due to small explosions in my heater...kind of scary..
He gave me an estimate and I told him I didn't have the money at the time and would have to think about what to do. The tech advised me that since it was almost spring, the rates for heating units might go down in the near future, and stated he would call me if any specials came up.
True to their word, they did call me several times and we did end up coming to an agreement.
The techs came to my house at the agreed upon time, and were very polite, and proficient.
I am very happy with the service I received, and would definitely use this company again.
In addition, they have followed up by sending me letters with offers of specials on the services they provide.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs HVAC service.
