"One of the best home repair experience ever. Everything about this engagement was first rate. Our tech, Jeremy, was excellent and we hope to have him as or tech in the future. Jeremy gave a very thorough cleaning to two older units in a house we purchased. He also installed advanced UV filtering on both units. All around great work."

"Outstanding quality service from the very beginning. I spoke with Kylee to ask if the problem I had was something they could fix. She passed along my inquiry to Jeff (Service Manager) who called me back for details. After discussion, I was given an appointment to have the drain/unit assessed. Scott and Kyle arrived and thoroughly reviewed the situation. Scott was upfront about the best solution and suggested I call an A/C pro to perform the work. He left me photos and detailed notes to pass along to an A/c tech. When I mentioned that I had previously called an A/C service who came out (and said they couldn't fix it), Scott went beyond quality service when he offered names of a couple of A/C pros he thought would be able to handle the job. I am currently working toward a solution with one of Scott's suggested A/C pros. The staff at Pure Plumbing partnered with me to find the solution even when they couldn't perform the work. They did not charge me for the service call/consultation...how often does that happen?! Very appreciative of everything they did to help me with this frustrating problem. I am planning to renovate a bathroom and the company I'll call to perform the plumbing work is Pure Plumbing."

"this was not really a repair of the a/c but rather a service call. Aiden was professional and thorough, great company"

"Ok, so I just moved to town. Naturally my a/c goes out just after I moved in.. Smh I have no contacts in town. I was at the the local grocery store. Asked the gal behind the counter. She said don't worry just call Gunny!! She also said, he was a veteran, been in town for ever. They show up and get right too buisnes. She gave me there number right out of her phone. I called them they where able to send someone out immediately. He explained what the problem was in I way I could understand it. I don't do a/c work I was clue less... Got me up and running that day! The price was fair and timely... I will/wouldn't call any other companies.. definitely highly recommended and trusted!"

"We own a home-based business which relies heavily on our computers operating efficiently. We have had a service contract with another computer repair business for several years. Recently when we were having problems with our computers, we tried contacting our service contractor multiple times. He never responded. Feeling frustrated, I contacted James at North Alabama Technical Services and explained our situation. He instantly came to our rescue. He "cleaned-up" our computers and took care of all the problems we were experiencing. He went above and beyond to help us in our dire time of need. We would strongly recommend James and his company for computer service needs. We have now retained him on a service contract and are looking forward to working with him in the future."

"Left a message with the answering service on Friday morning and Chris called back within a minute or two. I explained that one of our air conditioners was out and we needed to go out of town at 3 that afternoon. He said that he could be to the house by noon. He arrived before 11:30. Diagnosed the problem and went off to get the replacement parts. He returned with the parts and fixed the A/C unit and we made it to the airport on time. Thank you Chris!"

"They came out, found the issue with my A/C and fixed it all in a timely manner. Customer service was great as well."

"I always have had excellent service and no exception this time.  John typically calls before he arrives to let me know if he is on schedule and the work is done promptly and efficiently.  If there are shortcomings or issues with the system, he has in the past made recommendations for improving the system and saving on utilities, but never pushy about it.  He is good about cleaning up after any work and is professional in his manner and speech.

I have used his services for several years with no complaints.  In prior years, I used one of the larger firms, but while their work was acceptable, I still get junk mail from them.  No such complaints with Ability AC. "

"Chris took the time to explain what was wrong and gave me several options which I appreciated. After discussing it, I decided to have the part replaced and buy a maintenance plan with First Choice. I felt very comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge of the business. In Nevada it pays to have a company that you can call and trust. I would highly recommend them."
