"We had an excellent experience with our pool heater repair, thanks to Eric. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Eric quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and had our heater up and running in no time. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s not often you come across someone who takes such pride in their work. If you’re looking for reliable and high-quality service, I highly recommend Eric & Telford Cooling. We couldn’t be happier!"

"My pool was green, They came in and have made it crystal clean. They are professional and really helpful."

"Brian did a great job coordinating all aspects of the project. He expedited the permitting with the city so the project could be completed before year end. The installation team was professional, respectful, and did a great job! The install looks very good on our room. No leaks after our recent 7.5â rainfall. The system is generating power, with all panels performing equally well. It will take some time to learn how much to expect with cloudy days, and shorter winter days vs. summer sun, but it appears to be operating as expected. I look forward to more data as the system has time to operate."

"I have been using this company for years, but I realized they are more interested in making money on repairs then the pool service, so they dropped my service because I wanted to replaced my own salt cell, and acid wash the pool, they charged $1089 for cell, which you can buy for $700, and it takes five minutes to install and calibrate, they also wanted $1800 to acid wash a very small pool, which would take a couple of hours, I get the pool has to be drain and filled, and salt and chemicals added , but this doesn?t take much time. Furthermore, check your salt levels, my pool was literally Out of Range of a meter, this caused major corrosion on the pump and light fixtures, so I had to drain half the water to get the salinity to normal levels."

"I highly recommend Bluewater Pools lead by the owner Kevin. I had 5 estimates with quite a range of prices & varying experiences during the proposal process. From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. The bench seat was made as planned & looks like original equipment. Nice work. I highly recommend Kevin & the Bluewater Team. It’s a pleasure to work with an honest & high quality professional who delivers the product at a great price. The pool looks great!"

"They were prompt and professional, and the new blower motor is working well. When we noticed that the blower motor wouldn't turn off, they examined the unit and recommended a replacing the motor. Communication was excellent - I received a text message and phone call a half hour before the service technician arrived, which gave me time to prepare. The service technician also gave me maintenance tips for keeping the A/C unit in good working order."

"Good service, but breaker was not replaced correctly and unit cut out shortly after visit. Caused some angst with specter of spending night without ac but figured it out on my own.
