"I called Chris at Glenn Tatum Plumbing Service to give me an estimate on the cost of installing a hot water heater that we had purchased. He quoted me an amount for installation and that was the amount I paid. He estimated that it would be 2 hours to install and it only took 1 1/2 hours. "I purchased a Pfister faucet that was faulty.  David brought it back to Home Depot for me, the 2nd one was faulty. By the 3rd time I said let's go together and I will get a Kohler.  Well the 3rd time was not the charm as the Kohler faucet was missing a piece.  
David told me he would not charge me extra even though this was a Sunday and he was willing to go to another city to pick up the same Kohler faucet from another Home Depot.
Told him, don't worry. I will order another one online and will rebook some more time to install the faucet and do some additional things around my house.  
I would recommend David, as he is timely in communications, respectful and does good work.
