"Initial response to my quote request was quick. There was a lot of back & forth on the pricing but we were happy with $6,000 for 2,317sf. Walls, trim, doors, removal of some wallpaper. He was available quickly and the days we wanted. House was empty because we hadn't yet moved in. Said it would take a week. After 5 days Bill said it was done. At the end of the 5th day my husband and I walked through (by ourselves) and took pics of dozens of small issues and several large issues. The damaged walls were not repaired well, there were paint splatters on stone and granite surfaces, a couple of places were not painted, 4 blinds were not rehung. Bill sent William out on day 6 and by early evening he was almost done painting and no cleaning had yet been completed. What William had redone looked good. We had to leave and as of this writing on day 6 we have not yet seen the finished product. Tomorrow I'm hoping most if not all the little blue pieces of tape we put up look much, much better. Bill assures me he will come back and make everything right. P.S. When Bill told us it was done the 1st time, I asked him "Does it look good?" He replied "Absolutely looks good,horrible question lol""

"Nelson (the business owner) was very professional. He explained everything to me so I understood what exactly he was going to do. He always had a friendly demeanor. I was worried about my brand new hardwood floors but he made sure to cover everything with care and precision. My living room and dining room look amazing. He was also very quick. I needed a very small touch up on a baseboard the next day and he came back with no problem and smile and did it. In the past I have had companies wait weeks to come back or just not care about the work they are doing because they are bigger companies. Real Deal Painting is definitely the Real Deal. "Premier painting was absolutely fantastic, and I would highly recommend them. The team that came out was superb and their work was almost immaculate. I am a stickler for detail and walked the house every day looking at what was done, and with very few exceptions the crew was catching their few spots missed themselves before I could even say anything. The house looked like new when they were finished. I was selling the house, and it looked so good that my realtor asked for their contact info to give to future clients for paint jobs. The price for the job was reasonable, though not the very cheapest (not the highest either). I was more worried about the quality of the job and reliability of them showing up on team and getting it done on time, which premier did."
