"At 600 am on a friday morning, I got on the Angi app to look for a swamp cooler expert. At 630 am I recived a phone call from Joel from "Just be cool supply." After expalining the job i needed done, he was able to come over later that day. Sunday morning he showed up removed a useless window and installed a new swamp cooler. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
