"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. He knows what he’s doing so that with some of these &0-90 year old houses you get someone who can make old and modern repairs. He’s neat and cleans up after himself. "The service from Alliance Service Pros was fantastic! Tom Kensinger was my service pro and he delivered above and beyond my expectations. The flower bed in front of my house next to the foudation was very soggy and water was coming through the foundation into my house; assumed a water or sewer leak. Chalres from Alliance pros investigated the situation, throughouly examined the situation, checked all township/state codes and then provided a compeitive quote. Two days later Tom was onsite for the repair, it was around 90-95 degrees. He hand dug 6 ft of earth to uncover a broken water line in the foundation. Tom overcame serveral challenges with main water line shutoff not working, significant flooding while digging to get the job down. He also brought a change of clothes, before coming into the house to not muddy up my house/basement. He repaired the waterline outside and through the house and then sealed the water line and the sewer line in the foundation in and out. He took care on digging to separate the mulch and dirt, so upon refilling the hole he could leave it as he left. Lastly, he hosed down all areas of my porch, driveway and sidewalk. Basically looked liked it was never touched. He worked 12 hours and promised to not leave until we had water that night. I have never seen this dedication from a trade professional before and my long review is a return in kind for the level of work he showed my family. They will be my go to plumbing professionals from now on."
