"We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure. "Professional, courteous, respectful, connected customer relationship and communication focused from first contact with owner Jake to administrator Amy to technician Robert. We received an email and a call from Amy notifying that Robert was on his way. Robert diagnosed the problems, described the solutions and made the repairs. Our clogged kitchen drain has been clear since his industrial snaking. And our "singing pipes" was actually a defective toilet closet mechanism which he replaced. He was the 3rd plumber we had in to fix the singing pipes and the only one who actually solved the problem. Robert was friendly, efficient and respectful leaving our place clean after his work. He was also willing to walk through the house to help us see if there was any other plumbing problems that needed repairing. We had pre-paid for an emergency/after hours visit which was higher than for regular hours. As it turned out, we ended up getting a regular hours timeslot due to a cancellation. The pre-payment was applied to the final bill collected by Robert at end of service, just as explained by Jake and confirmed by Amy. We will be calling Alliance Service Professionals again if/when we need plumbing done well by skillful and experienced professionals with respect for people and property."

"Their corporate slogan is "Plumbers to the rescue". That held true for me. Initially I called a larger company (their colors are orange and blue). They told me that the entire water pipe needs to be replaced. I did not even inquire about the cost of that. Plumb Medics provided me a second opinion. Their employee Sean did the initial inspection and assured me that this was not needed. This put me greatly at ease. The next day the owner called me and recommended Patriot Leak Detection for pinpointing the location of the leak in order to minimize the extent of the excavation which I did. After Patriot's performed the markout, Plumb Medic returned with a crew of 4. It was hard digging. The pipe was located over 5 feet below the surface. The first two feet were as hard as concrete. However, nobody complained. These guys were totally focused on completing their mission and they did it. I need to add that Patriot accurately identified the leak location. Overall, my impression is that Plumb Medics fixed this severe problem in the most efficient and economical way possible. I am super glad that I chose them."

"After requesting info from Howell's Appliance Repair one evening, we got a phone call almost immediately. We were able to schedule a consultation for later that week. Come install day, we had a pretty big install in our basement. The team from Howell's showed up on time and installed some new gas pipe/extended an existing end of one in our basement and routed it toward the street to finally give us a working gas dryer. Even though the service was mainly for the gas line work, they were generous in their time and hooked up all the water plugs to the washer as well to make sure we had working facilities when they left. I would highly recommend."
