"This review is solely about the installation portion of the Puronics Water Treatment System since it was just installed today. The install team arrived on time, ready to go to work. The location of my main water line was tricky to get to, but they found a great solution to tap into the line via a drop-ceiling access point. They located the Hydronex Water Conditioning Cylinder and Salt Backflush Container exactly where I wanted it. Their work was clean, tight, and very professional. The RO system was backordered, so they explained that they will return within the week to install that portion of the project. They prepped for the RO install by drilling and installing the faucet in my granite countertop. After the install, they explained the whole system to my wife and I and we were up and running with conditioned water. I can't say enough about my experience with Chuck on the initial phone call, Miles who provided the water testing and sold me the system, and Ryan who installed the system. "I had him do several small jobs and one bigger job. The small jobs were hanging ring towel holders in two bathrooms, hang a smoke/c.o. detector, replace a piece of siding outside. The big job was installing a new disposal. A couple days later my dishwasher wasn’t working so I called a company to come fix it. But after giving it some thought I decided maybe it had something to do with the new disposal. And sure enough, it did. So I had to cancel the repair people and called Handyman Helper back. And they realized the problem immediately and sent the guy back on Monday morning to fix it. He said he hadn’t done one in a long time so he mistakenly left off a major thing to connect to the water outlet from the dishwasher. It was an honest mistake and I was extremely pleased that it was taken care of so quickly.
