The Above and Beyond was deserved for first draining/uninstall defective unit, transporting it to Home Depot for warranty exchange then delivering replacement unit back to residence. I inadvertently selected the wrong replacement unit, Steve had to turn around to Home Depot and again go through the return process. Steve takes pride in his work, it is clear due to his experience and licensed status he wants to get the job done to code and right. He re-routed the piping to outside and leveled the water heater with shims at no extra charge. I love meticulous attention to detail. It's no wonder when I asked about Diamond Certification sticker on his van he informed me his previous employer was Diamond Certified, more affirmation of experience under highest standards. It feels good to know the time invested to research during selection process paid off and a good decision was made. BONUS: His sidekick is his young Welsh Springer Spaniel named Sam, just adorable."
