"Eric did a great job while giving me my quote. He was very knowledgeable and found some issues with my siding that I hadnt noticed yet. He showed me the product that DaBella was offering and the differences in other siding materials. He worked very hard to make the siding replacement quote affordable and fit all of our needs. I cannot wait to get the new siding."

"Paul did a beautiful job installing ceramic tile to match the and quot;diamondand quot; pattern in my kitchen and dining room. He was prompt in returning my calls and working to schedule the work as quickly as possible. The job was difficult due to the installation in the other areas with plan for carpet only in the living room. He explained the challenge of the installation and how he would accomplish the work. The result is stunning. He is definitely the and quot;perfectionistand quot; he says that he is! He then cleaned and sealed the tile throughout my home. I will contact him for future tile and stone work projects. <br />"

"Everything went perfectly. AC was my contact and he was very helpful and responsive. He explained all of my options and answered all my questions. He also helped me find a new roofer when my guy didn't respond. Work was done correctly and on time. They were also very careful with the new roof and cleaned up well. Did an excellent job of blending the new stucco with the existing. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for a job well done!"

"The block work and planted tree was completed on March 24, 2016. (Cost of that project was $1,100.00) The block work has a solid concrete footing to insure stability of the block work.  The electrical run and law maintenance work was completed on May 9, 2016... Most of the details are already explained above. I find Scott and his crew to be very hard working, honest, professional and easy to work with. Scott keeps you posted on time of arrival or if there are any unexpected delays. (Which is much appreciated) <br>His wife, Sheri, (Business Mgr.)  is always available by phone or E-mail to answer or relay any questions to Scott if he's working on another project. They are both very responsive to customers needs, questions or concerns. <br>If you have any landscaping, pavers, need of new soil or tiff give Az.Dreamscape a call. You will not be disappointed with their service !!! <br>Thank you Scott, Sheri, and crew for another excellent project completed for us !!!!  100% + satisfaction from this customer. <br> <br>"

"Everything went off without a hitch. There was one crew for retaining wall and another for paver installation. Both crews worked tireless. The foreman and salesperson kept in touch and were available when I needed to ask questions."

"I called Toro Construction about building and installing a masonry block fence around our new home. Dan was able to come out and give us an estimate on the same day. Both my husband and I were very impressed with his knowledge about these fences and his willingness to work within the scope of our HOA requirements and the demands of our design. We were told the timeframe for installation and the whole project went like clockwork. The crew was on the job when expected each day. The job was to be completed in 3 days and at the end of 2nd day the fence was up and the crew had cleaned and raked the area and left it like the fence had been standing from the day the house was built. On the 3rd day the gates and ironwork were installed: 3 days promised, 3 days delivered. We would highly recommend Toro Construction to anyone who is in need of a block fence. <br />"

"I reached out to several concrete companies, all on Angie's list. Perfection Concrete was the only company to directly respond (one asked for pictures and verbally gave me a off the chart price). Tom came over and walked me through the steps of the job. He even spotted damage to my garage door track that I had not noticed. Most importantly for all of you to know about Tom, he communicates regularly, stays on time and meets deadlines. His pricing...spot on. The reason I know, my out of state GC who does occasion work in Phoenix for his father's rental properties told me what concrete should cost. You need concrete work I would recommend Tom and his company. Gary Westbrook Village, Peoria"

FAQs for brick or stone siding: install or completely replace projects in Palo-verde, AZ

Brick siding offers numerous advantages, including high durability and resistance to harsh weather conditions, requiring minimal maintenance and lasting for generations. It provides natural insulation, enhancing energy efficiency by regulating indoor temperatures year-round. Brick is fire-resistant, improving home safety, and reduces external noise for a quieter indoor environment. Its timeless aesthetic appeal boosts curb appeal and can increase your home's resale value.

Yes, you can add brick to an existing house. One option is to remove the current siding and install full brick masonry, which involves laying traditional bricks with mortar for a solid brick exterior. Alternatively, you can opt for brick veneer siding, a thinner layer of real or manufactured brick applied over the existing structure. Brick veneer is typically more affordable and easier to install while still providing the aesthetic benefits of brick. Both methods can enhance your home's appearance and value.

Yes, installing brick siding often provides a significant return on investment. With an average ROI of around 77%, and some returns exceeding 80%, brick siding enhances curb appeal, energy efficiency, and longevity, making your home more attractive to potential buyers and potentially increasing resale value.

Brick siding is known for its exceptional longevity, often lasting over 100 years when properly maintained. Regular maintenance, like repointing mortar joints, ensures its durability over time. Brick veneer, while thinner than full brick masonry, is durable and can last up to 50 years or more with proper care. Both options offer long-lasting protection and value for your home.

When choosing brick siding, consider your budget, as costs can vary depending on brick type and installation method. Also, consider your desired aesthetic; different bricks offer various colors, textures, and styles to complement your home's architecture. Installation time and complexity are factors, with options like brick veneer being quicker and less labor-intensive than full brick masonry. Additionally, assess the maintenance requirements and durability to select the best option for your long-term needs.

Alternatives to brick siding include vinyl siding, which is cost-effective and low-maintenance and offers a variety of colors and styles. Wood siding provides a natural, classic look but requires more upkeep to prevent weather damage. Fiber cement siding is durable and can mimic the appearance of wood or masonry without the high maintenance. Each alternative has its own advantages, so consider factors like budget, aesthetics, and maintenance when making your choice.
