"Excellent experience — Highly recommend to homeowners in the Tallahassee area!! I was nervous about having an EV charger installed based on YouTube videos related to malfunctions leading to possible house fires. After researching the project, I learned that the issues were primarily related to improper installs of the 240 volt outlet. I also learned it was important to hire an experienced electrical pro who could hardwire the charger. Weston Trawick proved to be the right choice from the initial visit with the service manager, Robbie Gilliam to the install with Jason Whitman and his assistant (apologies for forgetting the assistant’s name). "I purchased a 55" plasma television that weighed 71 pounds and I wanted it mounted over my fireplace.  My fireplace has 3/4" cherry wood on top of concrete block so I needed someone knowledgeable with hanging something in both wood and concrete.  Jeff came out with a helper and they installed my TV mount using bolts that were not included with the mount since they felt they needed more substantial bolts for the installation.  The mount went up fairly easily but they had a little difficulty hanging the television, partly because they had very little room to work in since the television filled up almost the entire space between the side columns.  But when they got it in it was there to stay.  I feel very confident that the television is very secure and so is the mount.  They cleaned up and all that was left was for me to clean off fingerprints on the edges of the screen.  I had a special cleaner for that job so I did that.  I am very pleased."

The staff not only installed the generator, but also coordinated with Ferrell Gas to install a 500 gallon LPG tank on the same day, and then provided start-up and testing services. "Brandon Bing and Steve Lorenz are owner-operators and I found both of them to be skilled in their trade, honest and hardworking The installation of the water heater and solar panels went well and any bumps were smoothed out. I am initially disappointed in the Solar array's electric impact but I have a few trees that I need to take out and I still need to get my FPL net metering installed. At times I am producing more than what I consume so until I get net metering installed I cannot capitalize on overproduction. These comments are in no way a reflection on All American Solar for their work ethic or products. In fact, the array is expandable so that I can add more panels in the future. The Solar hot water heater is fantastic and has saved me about $60 per month off my electric bill. I would gladly recommend All American Solar for your solar panels or a solar hot water project and I would hire them again."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
