"The initial work was poor with the drainage lines not extended as far as promised and the cutter clean-out improperly positioned.  However, after calling the owner and providing my comments, the owner came to the property and inspected the work.  The owner agreed that the work was not satisfactory, and immediately promised to remedy the issues.  The owner arrived the next week with his crew and took care of the issues.  Additional work was also performed for a reduced charge.  Because the owner was willing to remedy the issues with the original job, he appears to be fair and interested in making sure the job is done correctly. <br /> One issue to note is that the lawn sprinkler lines were inadvertently cut when the work was performed in the fall of 2014.  When the sprinkler system was restarted in the spring of 2015, I had to pay the sprinkler company to repair the lines that were cut. <br />"

Though there were some unforeseen issues that were no fault of Jason or Nu Flow Indy Jason resolved the issues pushing through until the new main water line was installed, completing the install of the new main water line and hookup at 11:20PM on the 2nd day. Jason had a team come back to fill in the trench and a "dig site" leaving the area with as little impact as possible.
