"Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! Great guy, did a great job, didn't take much time, didn't charge me the $20 for service fee! I will definitely keep his card and call him if I need a plumber again!"

He was efficient and also shown concerned for our situation. He worked until around 9pm getting the water pipe repaired and we so appreciated his work. "I posted a review on EZ Flow Plumbing yesterday. Owner Scott Reisack contacted me promptly after reading my review about the slab leak job. He offered to dig the area up again and redo the piping to my satisfaction, I declined because it’ll be quite messy again. He also offered to give me some money to compensate for the inconvenience I had to go through and the dissatisfaction I felt about the work. I declined that as well since I really don’t want money. Then he offer me a 10 year warranty on the job, which I accepted. This shows that he really tries to do a good job for every one of his clients, to their satisfaction, and he stands behind every job that’s done by his crew. I appreciate his genuine, sincere efforts to try to make things right. This is a very positive part of the way he runs his business and I like to let anyone who is looking for plumber to know that. "EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRAD I discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Bradâ s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. I will continue doing business with Ben Franklin because of employees like Brad!"
