"Made sure I knew the appliances features and how to notice when something goes wrong. When water softener will need salt and etc"

"We have been customers of Manwill for over 10 years. The reasons why were highlighted yesterday when our water heater unexpectedly failed. I called their emergency number at about 9:30 AM and was quickly connected with Jeff. He helped me figure out how to protect my home, educated me about the implications of recent legislation regarding water heaters, and scheduled an appointment for replacement for late yesterday evening. A brief while later, one of his teams were redirected to our home because their assigned job went more quickly than expected. The men had a new, environmentally safer water heater installed before 4:00 PM and for less than I had expected to pay. It is nice to have a company filled with people who know what they're doing, and behave in a professional, responsible manner, on your side, especially in an urgent situation."

"Our fairly new water heater had begun leaking late last night. Valley Plumbing contacted me before 8 this morning to schedule an appointment. Justin and Mike were here, checked the problem, and had all the necessary parts to make the repairs. They were professional, clean, and thorough. I would recommend them again to anyone."

"Over the years I have used 4 different companies for my A/C, heating and plumbing needs. I will be using Whipple Service Champions from now on. James Garcia is a service technician with Whipple. James did a fantastic job on my A/C blower motor replacement and system service. He arrived on time for the diagnostic service on my system. He explained everything to me. (I tend to ask a lot of questions). He gave me a few quote options. I accepted one of the quotes and James was back the next morning to do the repair. He did everything has said he would do. My system is repaired and operating properly. I will be using Whipple from now on for all my plumbing, hearing, air conditioning, drain cleaning and electrical needs."

"Worst thing to happen is to come home after the holidays to see you hot water heater failed. Called these guys and came out quickly, assessed everything, and provide absolute amazing customer service and got our family situated. Would recommend to anyone to use them."

"Jason H from Humphrey Plumbing Heating and Air came right when he said he would. He installed the new ducting the same day as when he first came to give us a bid. The repairs were done professionally. We would use Humphreys again if we need hvac work done."
