What I do know is that the job was well thought out and done on time and on the cost quoted. My guess is that the two installers spent more time here due to the scope of the job than the sales person estimated. They kept me in the loop when it came to where they were going to run gas and electrical lines and where they were going to put the heater. Used tarps to cover those areas in our house so there wasn't any cleanliness issues there. After they were done, they made certain that all of the garage was spotless. Highest praise."

"Every time I’ve had an issue with something they have always been good about someone coming out and fixing whatever it is. They have replaced my sump pumps, hot water heater and check valve on my sewage ejection system. The last time they came out, there was an issue with the gas valve on my hot water heater and Gus, the plumber they sent explained what happened and what to do if it stops working the next time. "This guy is the man! I called him because my kitchen sink was leaking and my disposal sounded like it was dying. He came out and super honest and professional. He fixed the garbage disposal in about 30 seconds and then looks at my pipping. He told me that I needed new pipes under the sink and have me an estimate of $250. He then went to bathroom sink bc it was also leaking and told me I needed a new faucet. He came back 1 week later and replaced All of it! The pipes were $250 and the faucet was $250 (because he had to buy it and then install it) I will use him all the time moving forward!"

"He showed up on time. He found that our AC coils had frozen and explained that we probably had a refrigerant leak. He set up a catch pan for the melting ice with towels to catch any further moisture and then set an appointment with me to come back later in the day once the ice had melted. He came back the second time and worked past 6 to get everything finished and didn't charge for overtime or the second visit. My AC unit is up in a cubby hole 8 feet up from the floor and a pain in the a** to access. I provided the ladder but he didn't complain at all."
