I can’t praise them enough. They are so skilled, so nice, so professional. They addressed every unexpected issue that came up. They did everything - demolition, installment, plumbing, electrical work, painting. They came up with novel solutions to make sure every detail was addressed to our satisfaction. Calco is a company that shows up on time, stays on the job until it’s finished, has top-notch contractors. They made sure to protect the surrounding floors and rooms from any dust and dirt. At the end of the day they cleaned up spotlessly. There are many horror stories out there of remodeling gone wrong. "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! I absolutely recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again in the future!"

I asked if a technician (a plumber) could return and do something about the water pressure in the shower head. He came back and worked MAGIC ! He knew what I wanted and I couldn't be more pleased ! "Don and his assistant Tony performed a complete remodel of my 1,000 sf basement, converting it to a large family room, workshop, storage closet, full bath and tile work around an electric fireplace. He is a hard and steady worker and highly skilled, actually masterful with wood. I made a few changes to the original plan which he accommodated. My job was finished in 8 weeks and the outcome is beautiful. Since I did the painting, I can't speak to that element, but everything else he did."

"To begin with the salesman told us most of the work would be done outside. Also the molding did not have to be removed. This was all wrong information. They did most of the work indoors. They did not put anything down on my runner or my wood floor. My runner and floors had to be steam cleaned. They destroyed the molding around the windows. The caulking is horrible. They were supposed to send us a survey. It was never sent to us because they knew we were not happy. No one from the company contacted us to see how things went. We have to call a finish contractor to replace the molding. This is not acceptable. I do not recommend this company. "
