"After working with Dean's, I doubt I could be convinced to contract with a 'big' provider ever again - even if their price was half off! From the first contact, the owner was very clear, always available, and very easy to work with. My AC had gone out three times in a week (had BGE Home out each time). Lisa maneuvered the schedule to get us in 1.5 weeks earlier than planned. When I called the owner to let him know the AC was out, again, he said "I have a portable AC unit; I'm loading it into my truck and will be right over." This was at 9:00 at night! Everything was done to perfection - nothing is halfway or 'good enough' for Dean's - the wiring is even made to look photo-ready. There are absolutely no half measures, no "we don't do that" comments or messes left behind. I cannot give any higher praise than this...I am recommending Dean's to everyone I know, even my church. My only regret is that I have only found one other job for Dean's to perform; they are installing a bathroom light/vent where there is currently only a light. Dean's is the only choice for great people, providing great value, great work (guaranteed), and great service before, during, and after the job.
