We have hired him twice now, to sort out a flooded basement (care of the City of Baltimore & their contractor, Spiniello), and then to retrofit all the horizontal pipes in our row home. Not only did he and his team solve our issues, but they made it look good. For a 120 year old row home, you can imagine the plumbing has been subject to a number of revisions, so it was a real pleasure to see them cut it all out (pipes corroded down to a pin hole), and replace every water bearing line with a singular, clear & straightforward system of logically placed cut-off valves, t-joints and what-have-you.

Because of our recent purchases from him and since he was already there, he ran all the gas and got me two (all you need is one) gas cut off valves for an additional 150 bucks. 
Home Depot quoted me 500 for the same job.
