He not only gave us a thorough presentation, and a great price, he got up on our steep roof and tarped over the missing shingles to prevent leaking until they could install the roof. "Did great work on our soffits and gutters. The owner was a bit slow to respond, but did always get back to us during the project. We did request an end-cap for one of our gutters that was included in the quote, but they never came back out to install. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice for them to have performed the work. Overall was a good choice for us at a nice price and would recommend."

"We recently had an unfortunate pin-hole leak in a water pipe in our ceiling which resulted in an insurance claim involving water damaged sheet rock, insulation, tile, and miscellaneous electrical component, removal and replacement of all damaged items to their original state. After removing the water damaged components, the area was "blown dry" for several days to prevent any mold growth.
Ray was asked to evaluate and bid for the restoration evaluation process. He arrived on-time for our estimate appointment and was friendly and professional and very attentive to our needs in his evaluation of our requests. We asked Ray to provide a breakdown of costs involving:
1. Replace ceiling sheet rock and insulation, including recessed lighting fixtures and possible electrical components.
2. Since the kitchen wall was damaged due to the water pipe leak, we asked for a separate estimate to replace our existing sliding glass doors and sliding glass windows with energy efficient double pane fixtures. We stated that this estimate would be outside of the realm of insurance coverage, and would be at our expense.

3. Replace the kitchen wall sheet rock and tile. Prime and paint the ceiling and wall.
4. All phases and estimates would include clean-up costs and final payment would be issued upon my inspection and acceptance of all work done.
Ray provided the detailed estimate on time via email.
We chose another contractor/restoration firm based on the estimates provided and the insurance coverage. If we choose to proceed with our opportunity to remodel, we may still choose Ray for the additional sliding glass door and sliding glass window replacement.
I hope we made the right decision by choosing the lower, insurance based,  replacement estimate!

"Trevor came for the estimate earlier in the month and Kyle arrived today as scheduled to do the work. Kyle called a 1/2 hour out in order to announce his arrival. He started on the drain aspect immediately which consisted of digging a large hole to accommodate a "French Drain". The hole was about 3 ft across and about 3 feet deep. He was very careful to avoid the communication and power lines coming into the building underground which required him to locate the "French Drain" several feet from where the connection exited the wall at the water softener. The "French Drain", in the attached picture, is under the pine bark chips between the pile of dirt (which I requested that he leave for me) and the wall. The water softener plumbing is a top notch quality job, also included in a picture. The whole job took about 3 1/2 hours. Your Plumber LLC, now "my plumber", does quality, professional work at a reasonable price."

"From the initial meeting with the Sales Manager Fred, to both crews that performed the work requested; this was a professional quality company from start to finish. The old patio doors that were replaced were not installed by the original owner correctly, but that did not deter Johnny or Bryan (the sliding door crew) from solving the uncovered issues and then consulting with me on what needed to be accomplished. They were true professionals. The quality of the Gorell windows can only be truly appreciated when installed. Fred had already covered any corrections that may be needed in our multiple meetings before the jobs began.The garage doors were installed without a hitch due to both the quality of the Dalton product and the meticulous installation of Tom and Doug (the garage door crew). Both jobs were finished in the agreed upon time frame. It is a pleasure to deal with such conscientious, quality driven, professionals. I also had several conversations with Ken and Mike (owner) from the main office as they were patient and detailed in answering all my questions before, during and after the job. I have more remodeling to do and will use this company (Florida Lifetime) in any and all aspects that they are available to do the work."
